INFOHe's my new original character... and for now.. let's call him "Blue Smoke". Cool? yeah cool

Birth name: unknown
Age: 14
Likes: Music, Cigars and Smokes haha XD
Dislikes: Don't call him "kid"
Attitude: He's not sociable. He hates to talk.
Background:
He was an orphan and the police academy adopted him. They trained him to be a strong and responsible policeman someday. But he is stubborn and he do things on his own. Cigar is the source of his power.
Children must not idolize him. Cigarettes are dangerous for your health XD
Trivia: Blue Smoke and Skater boy are in the same team in Police Academy
He also seeks for bad guys.. so beware.
